Penalties On Conviction – Magistrates Court up to a maximum of £50’000 and/or a custodial sentence up to 12 month. Crown Courts have unlimited fines and custodial sentences up to 5 years.
Investment in spill kit training assists toward IOS4001 and Investors In People. It meets with regulations including Pollution Prevention Guidelines (PPG21), Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulation (COMAH) and also forms part of your Pollution Incident Response Plan.
